Surprise Development in Viagra Scam Case

A judge ignored a plea agreement where a local man was supposed to be sentenced to 7 years and indicated sentencing him to 12 years. The man accused of swindling millions in a Viagra supplement business venture is still deciding whether he will in fact plead guilty or go to trial instead. NBC 7’s Rory Devine reports.
