Report Deems San Diego Unified School District's Overall Conditions Poor

The overall condition of schools in the San Diego Unified School District is considered poor, according to a new report. Hundreds of millions of dollars will be needed over the next 12 to 15 years to improve conditions. NBC 7’s Rory Devine reports.
