Parents Seek Refund for More Than $140K in Band Trip Scam

The parents of high school band students are seeking refunds for more than $140,000 after a trip to Japan was unexpectedly canceled. Once they requested their money back, the company said it was going out of business. NBC 7’s Consumer Bob has more.
