La Mesa Store Faces the Music After Overcharging Family for Instrument

Ashli Valadez says her family paid for the clarinet back in 2013 but discovered in 2015 that their account was still being charged for it. After fighting to get their money back for over a year, the Valadez’ reached out to NBC 7’s Consumer Bob and the NBC 7 Responds team.
