Ambulance Bills Sent Straight to Collections Creating Risk Of Credit Damage

Three families were contacted by a collection agency regarding ambulance service that they never received bills for. The collection agency said they had to pay until NBC 7’s Consumer Bob and the NBC 7 Responds team stepped in to help.
