2 Dead in ‘Suspicious' El Cajon Chase

A driver who led police on a chase in El Cajon was killed when he crashed his truck into a tree. Inside his vehicle, officers made another grisly discovery: the body of a woman whom investigators believe was dead before the crash. Regina Ruiz reports.
