Navy Commander Killed in Mudflow

U.S. Navy Commander Leon “John” Reggelbrugge was among those killed in a devastating mudflow in Washington state. He spent about eight years stationed at Naval Air Station North Island in San Diego. NBC 7’s Sherene Tagharobi reports.
