Real Estate Agent Arrested

Mira Mesa real estate agent Eric Elegado, his wife Charmagne and several associates were charged Monday in an alleged mortgage fraud scheme. Defense attorney Paul Pfingst told NBC 7 the Elegados will deny all charges. Mark Mullen reports.
