San Ysidro Family Recovers Brass Memorial Plaques

It was just a normal Saturday for a family in National City when they stumbled upon the massive brass plaques sitting near their home in the dirt. They didn’t know they were stolen but the plaques looked important so they called police. NBC 7’s Matt Rascon reports.
