Police Shoot and Kill Teen in High School Parking Lot

San Diego Police Department (SDPD) officers shot and killed a 15-year-old boy in the parking lot of Torrey Pines High School Saturday morning after the teen allegedly pulled a gun out of his waistband and pointed it at the officers.
