Prop 8 Case Heads to Supreme Court

The US Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals says it will not reconsider it’s February decision, that Proposition 8 is at odds with the Constitution’s gurantee of equal protection under the law. NBC 7s Mari Payton reports.
