Girl, 11, Allegedly Harassed by Man While Walking Home

An 11-year-old Poway girl was reportedly harassed by an unknown man as she walked home from Twin Peaks Middle School. The man allegedly made lewd, sexual comments towards the child, but she got away. NBC 7’s Dave Summers discusses the incident with concerned Poway parents.
