San Diego’s roadways are among the worst in the nation. According to a national transportation research group, more than half of our streets are in bad shape, costing drivers hundreds of dollars a year. Did you know the city in some cases is responsible for paying to fix the damage to your car caused by a pothole? NBC 7 Investigates reports on how many drivers filed claims and who the city paid out.
