Politically Speaking: Measure N

For San Diego voters, there are two marijuana issues on your November ballot. The state proposition, Prop 64, and locally, Measure N. If California approves Prop 64 to legalize pot, a yes vote on the citywide measure would impose a sales tax on businesses that sell marijuana for recreational use.
