Politically Speaking: Challenger Lobs Ethics Complaint Against Cate in D6 Race

Longtime disc jockey Tommy Hough is running a heat race against incumbent City Councilman Chris Cate in San Diego’s District 6 race. He’s lobbed an ethics complaint against Cate for failing report payment from SDG&E for an event in which the council appeared at. Cate has had several ethics complaints against him, including being fined twice for ethics violations.
