There’s an incumbent in the race: Judge James Mangione, who’s been on the bench since last November. His challenger, who has a campaign video in play: Paul Ware, a former judge in the Marine Corps, now a Justice Dept. attorney serving with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
