Politically Speaking: Candidate for the 50th Congressional District

A nonpartisan political ratings agency has upped the 50th Congressional District here in San Diego County from “solid” Republican to “likely” Republican in next year’s election. The five-term incumbent is Duncan Hunter. He faces only one challenger from his party, but five Democrats.
