Politically Speaking: Drought Crisis

California’s water crisis brings with it many social implications. Whatever water Californians use going forward needs to be recycled and re-used. Gene Cubbison discusses this part of the drought with Stephen Heverly, managing director of San Diego’s Equinox Center, a think tank for economic and ecological fusion as well as Carl Nettleton, a government and environmental consultant with a background in water and climate issues.
