Politically Speaking: The Farmworker Bill, NCTD Beach Access

Governor Jerry Brown has 30-days to decide whether to sign a controversial farm worker bill into law. Assembly bill 10-66 establishes a standard 8-hour work day and 40-hour work week for California farm-workers. NBC 7’s Matt Rascon has more on the impact it could have here in San Diego.
