Pet Crematorium Gives Wrong Ashes

A San Diego family thought they had the ashes of their beloved cat Cleo, until they received a confusing phone call from another crematorium, saying they need to pick up their cat’s remains. NBC 7 Investigative Reporter Mari Payton has their story.
