People Have More Credit Card Debt than Savings: Survey

In these economic times, it seems we’re not very good at saving for a rainy day. According to a new study, millions of people owe more money on credit cards than the amount of money they have in emergency saving funds. NBC 7’s Consumer Bob has more.
