Parents of 4 Abducted Children Arrested

The parents of four children allegedly abducted from their grandmother’s home in LA are now in custody. Police say Rosa Chaidez and Enrique Felix turned themselves in Sunday at the U.S.-Mexico border in Otay Mesa. NBC 7’s Sherene Tagharobi reports.
