CHP Crackdown on Out of State License Plates

The California Highway Patrol is cracking down on out-of-state license plates and officers estimate the state is losing $10 million a year because of improperly registered drivers. NBC 7’s Greg Bledsoe reports on how this could impact San Diego drivers on July 8, 2014.
