Other Runner in Tutu Photo “Hurt” by Magazine

A San Diego woman running in a tutu was called “lame” by SELF magazine. Now, the cancer survivor’s story has gone viral. NBC 7’s Matt Rascon spoke to the other runner in that photo, who says she feels hurt by the magazine.
