Otay Ranch Neighbors Upset Over Bus Corridor

SANDAG is planning to add two bus lanes down the middle of East Palomar Road, but a dozen neighbors appeared in court Tuesday to halt the final phase of the south bay rapid bus project. NBC 7’s Audra Stafford reports.
