Jogger Killed by Hit-and-Run Driver in Lemon Grove

A woman who was out for a jog was killed by a hit-and-run driver in Lemon Grove Saturday night. Sheriff’s deputies say the driver returned to the scene about an hour later. NBC 7’s Omari Fleming has the details.
