Mother of Man Killed by Police ‘Wanted to Know the Truth'

The mother of Lamontez Jones, the man shot and killed by San Diego police in October 2015 was across the country when it happened. She tells NBC 7 that when she asked to see video, the SDPD told her she’d have to sue the department.
