Deputy Shoots, Kills Suspect at UCSD Medical Center

A sheriff’s deputy shot and killed a suspect at the UCSD Medical Center. The suspect was an inmate who was receiving medical treatment when he began behaving violently toward deputies. NBC 7’s Chris Chan reports.
