Driver Plows Through Fences in Oceanside

A speeding driver plowed through three separate fences in Oceanside Wednesday night near the corner of North Santa Fe and Elsinore roads. The driver was hospitalized with serious injuries suffered in the crash. NBC 7’s Dave Summers reports.
