Oceanside Doc Contracted by VA Pleads Guilty to Sex Crimes

Oceanside-based Dr. Edgar Manzanera, who was contracted by the VA, pleaded guilty Wednesday to the sexual exploitation of five female patients, four of whom were military veterans. NBC 7’s Liberty Zabala reports on the terms of his plea deal.
