Legal Challenge to Nuclear Waste Storage Decision

Last month, the state Coastal Commission approved the construction of a concrete bunker to store atomic waste from the failed nuclear plant at San Onofre. That decision is now being challenged in court by a San Diego citizens activist group. NBC 7’s Gene Cubbison has the details.
