Standoff Suspect, Shooting Victim ID'd

Chula Vista police released the name of the man who shot and killed his neighbor at an apartment complex on May 28, 2015, before barricading himself inside an apartment in a 10-hour standoff. Police said suspect Michael Majerus had a long-standing dispute with victim Nicholas Reynolds. NBC 7’s Nicole Gomez reports.
