McStay Murders Pretrial Delayed Again

A preliminary hearing for Charles Merritt, the man accused of killing the McStay family of Fallbrook, was delayed once again on May 19, 2015. Merritt, who was representing himself, is now in talks to hire an attorney. NBC 7’s Nicole Gomez shares the latest updates.
