Woman Forcibly Kicked Off Coaster Train

The North County Transit District approved a settlement that will pay Colinesha Sutton $10,000 in a case that stemmed from an August 2013 argument with an inspector and conductor about the validity of her train pass. The entire altercation was caught on tape.
