National City Among Top for Hit-and-Runs

It was a deadly weekend for pedestrians in San Diego County. Three people were killed in three separate hit-and-run accidents, including a 75-year-old man. He was hit in National City, which is home to one of the zip codes with the most hit-and-run accidents. Here’s NBC 7’s Omari Fleming.
