Nancarrow Remembered in Ocean Ceremony

On Monday at sunset, people gathered for a celebration of the life of Loren Nancarrow. The popular San Diego TV newsman passed away Saturday after a battle with brain cancer. NBC 7’s Candice Nguyen reports from Cardiff State Beach.
