MTS Gives Free Bikes to Encanto First-Graders

Each year, the Metropolitan Transit District chooses a group of local students to gift with brand-new bikes and helmets, and teach them about bus, rail and bicycle safety. This holiday season, a group of lucky Encanto first-graders received new bikes.
