Boy Holds Sign as Public Punishment

Parents in San Diego’s Ramona community are outraged over one family’s decision to teach their child a lesson in a very public manner. A 6th grade student has been standing near a school for the past two mornings holding a sign explaining that he stole his dad’s cell phone. NBC 7’s Sherene Tagharobi reports.
