Inspiring San Diego: David Fangerow

A kindergartner at Morning Creek Elementary in Sabre Springs is overcoming some remarkable physical challenges. In the process, he’s teaching his classmates and even his teachers some very grown-up lessons about acceptance and ability. NBC 7’s Monica Dean reports.
