Living Coast Discovery Center to Close

The Living Coast Discovery Center in Chula Vista is scheduled to close Oct. 28 if the facility doesn’t receive more funding. SDG&E originally promise $2 million, but backed out. NBC 7’s Elena Gomez explains why.
