‘Fantasy on Ice' Rink to Open With Proceeds Benefiting Rady Children's Hospital

‘Fantasy on Ice,’ a decades-long San Diego tradition of ice skating, will open at Liberty Station at 5 p.m. Nov. 17 and continue through Jan. 8. NBC 7’s Megan Tevrizian reports, while skating across the newly unveiled ice rink.
