Man Spoke to Ex-Girlfriend on Phone While Carrying Out a Mass Shooting

The shooter who killed a woman and injured seven at a pool party in University City was despondent over a breakup. Peter Selis, 49, stayed on the phone with his ex-girlfriend while he carried out the shooting. NBC 7’s Megan Tevrizian reports.
