Man, Arrested as Friend Died, to Sue Sheriff's Dept.

A man who watched his friend die in a motorcycle crash and was arrested for interfering with rescue efforts now plans to sue the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department. NBC 7’s Megan Tevrizian has the story.
