Victims of Wrong Way Crash on 163 Had Just Graduated

The two victims of that wrong way crash on State Route 163 would have been wonderful doctors. That’s what the Dean of Education at UC San Diego’s School of Medicine said of the students. NBC 7’s Megan Tevrizian has the story.
