DUI Suspect Arraigned in Wrong-Way Crash

A 21-year-old man suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol when he slammed head-on into a car carrying a family of five on Interstate 15 over was arraigned in the hospital Wednesday. NBC 7’s Megan Tevrizian reports.
