Professor Makes Impassioned Plea for Meatless Mondays

Larry Hansen, M.D., a professor for UCSD School of Medicine, makes a hurried and impassioned plea in front of the San Diego Unified School Board in favor of the proposal to remove meat from school menus on Mondays. The board approved the proposal to take effect next school year.
