Hospitalized Teacher Proud of Presidential Scholar

Westview High School English teacher Bob McHeffey tells NBC 7 he is incredibly proud of his student, Emmit Pert, who is among 160 seniors chosen for the 2016 U.S. Presidential Scholar award. McHeffey is currently ill with H1N1 and hospitalized in Ireland.
