Unfounded Bomb Threat Stalls Courthouse

An unfounded bomb threat led to an hours-long investigation at the South Bay courthouse and Detention Facility on July 22, 2015. This caused major delayed for many who had business to tend to at the courthouse. NBC 7’s Matt Rascon reports.
