Repeat DUI Offender Arrested for 5th Time in Fatal Crash

Chula Vista police said the man accused of fatally striking a man at a bus stop over the weekend has been arrested four other times for drunk driving. The repeat offender faces charges of first degree murder and vehicular manslaughter. NBC 7’s Matt Rascon reports.
