Crews Repair Leaking Gas Meter in Scripps Ranch

Crews repaired a gas meter in Scripps Ranch that caused a gas leak and evacuations in the area. Officers say a driver slammed into the meter, creating a dangerous situation, NBC 7’s Matt Rascon reports on May 29, 2015.
